Remodeling. We offer assistance in space planning, color coordination, finish selections, planning for lighting,
furniture and accessory placement, window treatment design and any other need associated with the functional and
decorative use and organization of interior spaces. The service focuses on the development of an overall plan and
prioritizing needs based on that plan. When the plan is complete, we can do the general contracting work necessary
to complete the project. SPECIAL SPACES, Ltd has been in business since 1992
with experience in everything from a few hours of consultation to full home/ office/church renovation and redecoration
projects.

Good design begins in black and white with function and organization of the space. When function and organization

the clients preferences and assisting in creating the clients vision while assuring that good design principles

furnishing products through local and national sources such as furniture, wallpaper, carpet, and accessories as
well as custom fabric products including custom window treatments, bedding, and upholstery. Nancy Phillips LeRoy,
President of SPECIAL SPACES, Ltd. is an Allied Member of ASID and certified
as a Master in Window Treatment Design. William Umberger, is an experienced Construction/Project Manager in all
areas of remodeling and construction.
